JW booth in Flea Market @ St. Augustine Florida
by Pterist inmy wife and i took the grand kids to a flea market in st. augustine, florida today 1/19.
after sucking down some hot dogs on a bright sunny cold day, i came across a jw booth set up with the latest mags and books, offering free bible studies.
i decided not to confront them, and spoil such a nice day, however, i will be forearmed with printed material if we go back again.. shalom.

would it not make a lot more financial sense to become landlords in one of the hottest rental markets in the world?.

Think About It
When I was in this Doomsday cult would guilt people to do more, by using the example of Joshua circling Jericho many times more right before the walls fell down. Now, we are 20 years closer to Doomsday, and the Doomsday cult is cutting pioneer hour requirements, cut out the home Book Study meeting, closing Branch offices, and cut the Watchtower magazine content in half.
Sounds more like a religious publishing house cult on the decline and downsizing, rather than speeding up it's "life saving" work before the walls of this system of things fall down at Armaggedon.

Both he, his wife and their 4 children were all studying their Watchtower's for Sunday.
Why does he do this? The answer is right there at his table. He probably sincerely believes the JW course will result in everlasting life for his family and himself.

I was asked in a meeting with the Elders if I believed that the WTBTS was Jehovah's organization. I said " Yes " without a twinge of guilt. Why? I believe that the WTBTS is thier " Jehovah's " organization. I just no longer believe in the God that they have invented for themselves, a god who is the combined personality of the current Governing Body.

Think About It
When was the last meeting I attended? I don't remember exactly, but it was back in the 80's. I do remember it was a Thursday night, and during the Service Meeting. I was feeling blue and bored out of my gorde. Finally I reached my breaking point, and just had enough of the Jehovah Witness crap.......so, I jumped up and screamed "FUCK THIS WATCHTOWER SHIT"!!! Then fast as I could, I ran out of the Kingdom Hall, stole a car from the parking lot, and was never to be seen in a Kingdom Hall again.
